Waiting Game
We may or may not be moving this weekend. How's that for helpful? That's all we know right now. Tomorrow morning there will be a final inspection of the house and if it passes we will get our Certificate of Occupancy and we can move. If not, we will have to wait until next week sometime. But I have most of our stuff packed and ready. It's hard to have things packed and also try to keep the house livable with three kids. I really don't want to live like this for very long; so hopefully things will go well tomorrow. Wish us luck!

Little Chatterbox
Not to be out-done by his brothers, Alek is now starting to be quite talkative. it's fun when he interacts with us like this. I was lucky to get this on camera. Usually when I pull my camera out he gets quiet immediately.

Birthday Fun
Happy Birthday Casey! I know this is a day late (the story of my life, sorry) but I wanted wish you a happy birthday on our blog. I hope you had a fun day.
We had dinner and played mini golf at Boondocks.
Jace was a hole ahead of us almost the whole time. He loves golf so much he couldn't wait for Camden to finish putting before moving on.
Alek slept in the baby carrier. (But he still kept an eye on things.)
By the end of the game Camden wanted to be carried. He was afraid of the giant fire-breathing lizard at the last hole. He kept saying, "That big big froggie super scare me." The birthday boy wasn't feeling very sympathetic.

Alek's Blessing
Alek was blessed in church yesterday. It was such a beautiful day and everything went really well. Since we're not in our house yet, as we hoped we would be, we blessed him in our ward and then had a brunch at my parents' house. Casey gave Alek a beautiful blessing that made me cry. And of course I was relieved when he gave him the name Alek instead of changing it to his favorite name that we debated about the whole time I was pregnant. It was also a relief that Alek slep the whole time. I was worried he would wake up and cry through the blessing.
I didn't take pictures of Alek in his blessing outfit alone but we do have some family pictures.
